The threat alert system of Pilbara

🔵alert 0: no threat of attack or war, we are at maximum peace

🟢alert 1: a threat exists but isnt much to worry about for us as it is minor and doesnt come from a representative of a nation, or an ally has a minor or major threat against them that might affect us.

🟡alert 2: a threat exists and is something for Pilbara to worry about as it comes from a nation. An attack or war is imminent, military is to be called in to be prepared, or an ally has a conflict that has a heightened chance to affect us.

🟠alert 3: a conflict has began, but can be controlled and is not significant enough to become a war as of yet, this is when we get constant or frequent attacks from an individual who isn't high ranked in a nation, or have failed attacks or infrequent attacks launched on us by a nation. Or is triggered if an ally has a war against them that is highly likely to affect us.

🔴alert 4: a war has began or has been declared on us, or our territory has been invaded and we need help and assistance to defend the nation from the enemy. we have frequent attacks from an enemy nation, or an allies conflict has spillt over to our nation.

🟣alert 5: we are losing the war, or it is not contained and has gotten out of control and need all help possible to keep fighting or else we will struggle and lose, and may have to negotiate an unfavourable peace deal, or an allies war affects all of there allies greatly and thus involves us and we get attacked.
